Past Cardiovascular Studies

Metropolitan Clinical Research has successfully conducted patient-focused clinical studies across multiple cardiovascular conditions, helping advance research and support better patient care.

Inflammation Clinical Trials

Coronary artery disease affects the arteries that supply blood to the heart, and inflammation can be part of the disease process. Elevated high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) is a blood marker that can indicate higher levels of inflammation, making it an important area of study in people with coronary artery disease.

Metropolitan Clinical Research conducted a clinical trial in people with coronary artery disease and elevated hsCRP. The study evaluated a potential new treatment that targets a specific pathway involved in inflammation, with a focus on its safety, tolerability, and effects on inflammatory markers.
